Who we are
Pinakiin Designs is an architecture and interior design firm delivering complete Design & Build workplace solutions across India. With over 19 years of experience, we have transformed workspaces for leading corporates in a wide range of sectors.
Founded in 2007 and led by Ar. Amit Agarwal, the practice keeps designers, engineers and build teams inside one house, so a project has one point of accountability from the first sketch to the final snag. Our services sit under one contract, and what we learn on site returns to the drawing board.
Our view
A team of 150+ professionals working from offices across India, we have completed 200+ commercial projects and delivered more than 4 million square feet. 90% of our clients come back for the next one, which is the number we watch most closely.

How we do it
Every project runs under one roof. Workplace planning, design, engineering, procurement, construction and handover are handled by the same team, and a senior designer stays with you from the first brief to the finished floor, sitting beside the build team that puts the drawings up.
That keeps decisions quick and removes the gaps where budgets slip and dates move. Work with us on a complete Design & Build mandate, on design consultancy alone, or on selected build packages. Once you move in, one support desk looks after you through the 12 month defects liability period.
Nine out of ten clients come back to us for their next workplace. That is the only review that matters.
