PINAKIIN DESIGNS joined the 22nd Annual & 200th CRES India Shining 2026 Summit at Alila Diwa Goa as an Award Sponsor.
The summit brought together professionals from corporate real estate, facilities, procurement and project management. Meeting people responsible for different parts of a workplace project gave our team a wider view of the pressures behind each decision, from planning for business growth to managing cost, operations and delivery.
Several themes at the summit pointed to a practical challenge: workplace plans need room to respond as organisations change. GCC growth can shift team requirements. AI is changing how some work gets done. Procurement and delivery constraints shape which ideas can be realised. These factors need to be considered together, early in a project, so the design remains workable through execution.
As part of our presence, we set up an on-ground podcast pod. It gave us an informal setting to hear perspectives from professionals working across corporate real estate, facilities, procurement and workplace strategy.
The conversations covered workplace planning, GCC growth, AI, sustainability, employee experience, procurement and project delivery. Hearing these topics from people with different responsibilities brought the connections between them into focus: what employees need from a space, what the business expects it to support, and what project teams need to deliver it.
For PINAKIIN DESIGNS, the takeaway is that workplace quality depends on decisions made well before handover. Design-and-build brings planning and delivery considerations into one process, helping carry the intent through to the finished space.
